It can also be rolled along airplane aisles, and is a great option for checking gates or storage in the cabin, though it might not fit in the tighter overhead compartments of smaller planes.

Take it with you easily

It's not as lightweight as our other top picks, but is still fairly compact when it's folded, and it has a big under-seat basket that fits the backpack of a child.
