Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are made available.

For instance, the premium racial shield Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb function in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced by an identical item however with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original equipment's condition and any money wasted won't get compensated.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To make them, you need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays on the spot until the next Success result is rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they are open they will display a complete description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. They can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an Best item upgrade will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not affect the item's longevity. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in battle without putting stress on their bank accounts. Furthermore, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are many ways to obtain them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets players increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the Best item Upgrade will gain an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been attained.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can place equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Once a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

An item upgrader mod of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of an item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will come with discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Items upgrades enable players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them additional effects or an increase in level of the item upgrading. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases defense base and adds an additional 20 percent chance to block. In addition the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to show how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
