It also has a convenient carry strap and can accommodate children up to 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller packed with features. It's not only crazy lightweight at 13 lbs and offers plenty of storage space in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket, a parent storage pocket and much more. It is also compatible with a child's seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easy to engage. It's designed to grow with your child from a newborn stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months of age and up.

Another thing to consider about this stroller is that it runs on swivel wheels and doesn't have any locking features therefore it may not be the best option for rocky or hilly terrain.
