This C1 variant is ideal for those with dogs or cats as it includes the SEB pet hairbrush, which is more efficient. It doesn't come with the carpet attachment included with the flagship C3 model however it does a great cleaning job on low and medium pile rug. The SEB 2277's suction floorhead was not designed to handle medium or large-sized debris. The bristles aren't long enough and tightly packed to effectively move the surface of this type of material.

The vacuum is easy to operate and has great control. The handle-mounted controls offer numerous settings including an automatic power adjustment that is surface-sensitive and a HEPA-rated post motor filter that is filled with charcoal for odor removal. The canister is made from premium plastics and stainless steel. The filters and dirtbags last for a long time and are easy to maintain.

Although this model is more expensive than the entry-level BISSELL Big Ball, it comes with a much bigger dustbin and is more efficient on carpeted and bare floors. It does not have an onboard tool storage like the more expensive C3 models. However it comes with upholstery and crevice cleaning tools that can be attached to a clip attached to its hose.

The Miele Classic C1 offers impressive versatility and is one of the most reliable vacuums available. It is not as durable as the SEBO Airbelt Premium D4 Premium but it offers a similar high-end feel, but with fewer parts requiring periodic maintenance. The dirtbags are larger than those of the Dyson V10, and its powerhead and hose are detached from the body of the canister to enable it to be easier to transport in and out of storage.

This Levoit cordless vacuum is a budget-friendly option with a solid cleaning capacity. The most expensive of the two cordless vacuums from the brand, it's less than a robot with all the bells. It also comes with a telescoping crevice tool and dusting brush, something you won't find on other vacuums at this price point. In our tests, we concluded that the Levoit Vortex IQ-40 was a great choice to pick up pet hair as well as other debris from carpets, hardwood flooring, and tile. The motor is powerful enough for the carpet fibers to be lifted and removed, and also to reach into nooks and crevices along the floorboards. It is important to regularly check the tool for any tangles, and keep it as unclogged as you can. The filters on the Levoit Vortex IQ40 are susceptible to being blocked by hair of pets. This could cause the vacuum to stop functioning. It is important to remove the filters on a regular basis and wash them thoroughly with water, with a pair of scissors to remove hair or debris.

The Levoit Vortex IQ 40 is user-friendly and comes with a handy storage cradle that can hold the battery and other accessories when not in use. The cradle can be connected to the wall using screws that allow quick and easy access to the vacuum cleaner. Smart mode can remove the mop from carpets and rugs. It also comes with a self-emptying dustbin and a multi-function dock that empty and refills the water tank, cleanses and then dries the mopping pads automatically.

It's easy to get started with this robot vacuum designed for carpet floors, and all you require is a power cord that plugs into the machine and a free Wi-Fi network. After that, you can download the Eufy Clean App and follow its instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network. The app is small and unfinished, but it manages to make the process intuitive and simple.

Once connected, you can start cleaning sessions using one of the three buttons located on top of the X10 Pro Omni. Or use the app's home screen to view its current status as well as the list of jobs that are scheduled to be completed. From there, you can either choose an automatic schedule or an individual cleaning session that you'll need to start and stop manually.

The X10 Pro's mopping capabilities was, however, much better. Unlike many dumb robot vacuums, it didn't use a lot of water and was able to absorb spilled liquids without leaving the floor too wet. Its rotating disks didn't leave behind a trail of filthy wet spots, and its "edge-hugging" setting was efficient in getting into corners. The only issue is that the mops need to be cleaned regularly and are hard to reach without removing the robot.

Bissell CleanView Upright Vacuum with Rewind

This upright vacuum is an excellent option for those who are seeking a model that is cost-effective and effective in removing pet fur. It is relatively quiet and features a clear dust bin, which makes it easy to observe the amount of debris it's picking up. The installation of this vacuum cleaner for carpet and floor is easy, but the crevice tool requires a Phillips head screwdriver to attach. It doesn't fit in the extension wand as easily as some other models and isn't as flexible however, it does snap into place when it is connected.

This model is rated to clean floors that are bare, low-pile and medium-pile carpets and shag carpets. The dial on the foot can be adjusted to five different pile settings. It is very mobile and robotvacuummops comes with a swivel steer but isn't as flexible as other vacuums we test. It does not have a long cord and its hose can only be five feet long, which limits its ability to climb the stairs.

It also lacks a brush roll off switch making it difficult to get into narrow spaces and corners than some other models. This is a good option for those looking for a compact upright vacuum that can remove pet hair effectively from many surfaces.
