It's also easy to attach or remove attachments or adaptors such as the hood, for instance, snaps on to the YOYO2 by clicking - as well as being machine washable at 30 degrees to help deter staining from rice cakes smushed and half-dissolved carrot puffs. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as prams. It can also be transformed into a stroller after 6 months using the YOYO connect other chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great option for parents seeking a versatile stroller. It can be converted from a stroller into a wagon by simply flipping the handle, so parents can pick the mode they prefer for their journey. The wagon is able to accommodate two or three children ranging from 6 months to five years old. It has a huge storage basket that can hold all your needs while on the go.

The Xplore also has two canopies that move from front to back, ensuring ample sun coverage for all family members. It also has a footwell, which is not as deep or wide as other wagons, so it may not be ideal for longer trips or napping.

The frame of the Xplore wagon is solid and sturdy, however, it isn't able to bend as much as some other wagons we have tried. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold, and it's not able to lock tight when folded. It is easy to maneuver however, and is able to fit through narrow 28 inches doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for parents looking for an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It was awarded an impressive score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and folded size, which means it's very lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to lift into a trunk of a car or closet. It also features an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and a cup holder for the parent. Other features of note include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels, as well as two large hanging storage bags.

In our test of the push and turn it performed better than many of the other strollers that we tested, but it's still not the most comfortable to maneuver on uneven terrain or through doorways that are narrow. Its sunshades were among the smallest strollers we tested. They only cover the top, and don't have windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger canopies.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together using an average manual and all of the components required tools. However, it is missing some essential features that we think it is important to consider as non-negotiable features in a double stroller, for example, a larger basket, and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's latest pushchair and is marketed as an urban travel system. It is designed to accommodate babies from birth to around 3.5 years, converting easily between a carrycot and seat by just a few clicks. It is compatible with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats. It comes with a light Mico 30 infant seat, a stay-in car-base and a reversible car seat.

The seat can be reclined using one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it simple for parents to take their child in and out. This narrow pushchair handled everyday bumps and doorways easily.

The front wheels can be locked into a forward position or allow them to swivel which can be helpful when crossing rough terrain. We let the front wheels to swivel on our walk along the stony path. It was able to handle this well, even though it felt a little bumpier.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is most well-known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain strollers for jogging. However, they also make a broad variety of pushchairs that have four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is simple to use and folds down small enough to fit in the car boot, even with the carrycot attached.

It is a bit heavier than other strollers that we test, but the wheels are a rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and durable. It is easy to maneuver on different terrains and even with two children with shopping bags and other items.

Both the seat and the carrycot come with hoods that can be lowered to reveal UV50and sun canopy extension. They are sturdy and waterproof, unlike other prams hoods which can be blown back into toddlers' faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it does have a large basket deep enough to hold a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be linked with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for babies as big as 20 lb (car seat and adapters are sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to take a stroller with you on the go.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that won the hearts of a lot of parents when it first appeared. It's a stroller made of aluminum that will be with you throughout your baby's initial days and beyond. It's got a few notable features, including the possibility of flipping the seat from parent to the world, a large UPF 50+ canopy, a flip out eyeshade, a spacious basket and adjustable handlebar.

The chassis has an integrated suspension system that helps reduce the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed from tough foam and minimise punctures. Our tester found it smooth to push and was able to manoeuvre it through narrow streets without difficulty.

It folds in four simple steps and locks automatically without fuss. It can also stand and be carried by trolley for easier transport in the trunk of your car or down the stairs at home. The travel system is included with the option of adding an additional car seat or carrycot using the adaptors that are included. The brakes have a single handle stroller action and are color coded. They also work with flip-flops.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget single pushchair is surprisingly easy to handle and has excellent dual suspension, a one-hand fold, and a handy carry strap. It is also lightweight and sturdy. The seat can be reclined into a variety of different positions. It also has a double-breathable mattress that is suitable for babies.

The canopy/seat comes with two extra-large fixed or flip out sun visors and both are UPF50+. However, the toggle closure isn't ideal it's not as quiet as Velcro and could wake sleepy babies.

The Duet is an angled stroller that can accommodate twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It can be used with two infant car seats and some carrycots. In twin mode, the seats can be facing one another or rotate around to face the parents, theoretically reducing sibling disputes over who sits with dad and mom. It comes with a massive gear tray, bottle holder, snack trays and an adjustable mat. It also has an automated frame lock as well as a compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger designed for parents who want to keep active. It's among the lightest running strollers that you can buy for your child and offers great safety features like a 5-point harness and safety wrist strap. It also comes with a twist hand brake which is different than the lever type found on competing models.

The seat is comfortable and has a wide area to sit in, however the seat's depth is lower than other joggers that we've tested (it's about 10"). The storage bin is secured with a zipper to keep things secure. It can hold up to 10 lbs. It is enough for most diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters for most infant car seats and bassinets however, you can use them from the very first day with adapters that fit brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It's easy to fold and assemble in 5-10 minutes without any tools. The user manual is easy to read and includes multiple languages.
