1. Roomba i3+ EVO

The i3+ EVO is a good option for homes with carpeting but isn't up to the task when it comes to picking crumbs and heavier debris. It's not able to clean pet hair off carpets and might not be the ideal choice for those looking to replace their vacuum cleaner with an automated. It's also not as powerful obstacles-avoidance capabilities of premium Roombas like the j7+ or s9+, which can make it more prone to run into pet waste on flooring and spread it across.

2. Roomba J7+

This is a fantastic robot vacuum for those with carpet and hard floors. Its most distinctive feature is its obstacle detection that intelligently eliminates furniture legs, cords as well as pet debris. 3. Roomba i7+

The i7+ is an interesting machine to watch. It follows a pattern similar to how a lawn care professional trims the sports field before an event. At times, it will return to its dock to empty out its trash bin or recharge its batteries. Self-emptying is an improvement over the way Robot Vacuum Mops vacuums work, and also reduces the need for hands-on maintenance.

It is equipped with a powerful suction that allows it to effortlessly remove dirt and pet hair. It is able to remove the majority of dirt on high-pile carpets with just one pass. It's also able to identify areas that are prone to traffic and spend more time in those areas. This is particularly useful if your children and pets bring in large amounts of debris from the outside.

Smart Mapping is another great feature. It allows the i7+ to understand the layout of your home and create a floor map that you can personalize while it vacuums. After four hours of testing, the i7+ was able navigate my two-bedroom apartment logically and efficiently. The app allows you to modify the map by adding virtual boundaries or giving the rooms names. You can set the i7+ to clean the area around the cat's kitty litter tray every morning or to avoid the sofa in the living room once everyone has gone home.

The i7+ comes with a sidebrush as well as a tangle free spinning squeegee that are great for removing any debris that would otherwise fall to the ground. A large Clean/Power button is in the middle of the top panel, with Spot and Home buttons below and above it. The indicator for the battery's level glows orange when charging and green when the robot is powered to run. The dustbin slides into robot's back and is released by pressing a button.

The Roomba 694 is great in navigating floors that are bare and sucking up large debris such as rice and cereal. However, it struggles with finer particles like baking soda. It also tends to overflow its dirt compartment as it is filled. It also doesn't perform better on carpets with low pile, but it still gets a better score than most other robot vacuums that are priced in this range.

It is great at collecting pet hair, but some strands can get wrapped around the side brush. Its mediocre performance on kitty litter is also a concern, although it still matched the score of all other robots in this class and beat our most value option (the Roborock S4 Max) by 19 points. The 694 is more expensive than the RoboVac 30C, but it is more durable and requires less maintenance and has lower recurring costs, operates much faster, maneuvers over obstacles without difficulty, and delivers superior performance on floors that are unfinished and high-pile carpet. It has a larger bin and is able to be used without an internet connection.

5. Eufy 11s

The eufy 11s is one of the cheapest robot vacuums on the market, and it's a solid pick if you need a simple and reliable machine. It can remove pet hair and other particles effectively on hard floors and low-pile carpet It also excels in maneuvering around furniture and obstacles. Its slim profile is perfect to reach under couches with low clearance or coffee tables and other furniture, and it's also one of the quietest robovacs we've tried.

But that's all it is - this is one of the most minimalist models we've seen, and it lacks certain features that are found on more expensive models. For instance, it doesn't work with an app, so you'll need to create the schedule using the remote control. It does not have a battery level or dust bin alert. You'll have to manually empty the dustbin when necessary.

This model is well built and is easy to maintain despite its low price. It also has a long maximum battery life and offers good performance on floors that are bare and when maneuvering around obstacles. It was able climb over low-lying obstacles such as electrical cords easily during our tests. However, it did have difficulty with high-pile rugs.

Although the eufy 11s is better than the ONSON GOOVI F007, we suggest you go with a more premium option when you can afford it. The iRobot Roomba 694 has a longer battery life, is easier to maintain, and has a lower costs for recurring use. It also performs better on bare floors as well as when maneuvering around furniture, and has the largest dust bin.
