1. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is the latest model in Ecovacs line of hybrid Robot vacuum mop pet hair vacuums and mops. This model that is wet-dry is fitted with Ecovacs' upgraded AIVI 3D 2.0 lidar system that offers better mapping and obstacles avoidance. The system uses dual-laser LiDAR similar to the kind is used in self-driving cars and is able to scan up to 32 feet in 270 degrees. This means more precise mapping and faster response times and greater cleaning accuracy.

It also has an alternating mopping mat made of chenille. This makes it much easier to scrub hard areas than traditional mopping. In my tests it was able to clean the X2 Omni washed its pad in less than a second and was ready to go. I noticed that it was more precise than other models which seemed to follow a grid around rooms. It was able to navigate around corners and edges of my rooms, as well as make "Zambani patterns" up and down the middle of the room. It returned to its OMNI Station regularly to empty the dustbin, and clean the mop using hot water prior to beginning another task of cleaning.

The X2 Omni impressed me in my tests. It scored highly in the areas of pet hair removal and debris removal. It also achieved near-perfect results in crevices and edge cleaning.

2. Deebot T10 Omni

If you're looking for a strong combination of vacuuming and mopping look into the EcoVACS Deebot T10 Omni. It is the most advanced model of the brand's T-line and features a new OZMO Turbo 2.0 mopping system that utilizes dual-spinning brushes to provide superior cleaning over traditional oscillating scrubbing. It has YIKO, an artificial language processing technology that is the first of its kind. It can respond to various voice commands. The ECOVACS App lets you design your home, create cleaning schedules and modify settings.

The T10 Omni's biggest flaw is that it cannot switch between mopping and vacuuming in a single operation. The two modes require you attach and remove mop heads as needed, which is fine for most homes, but isn't suitable for people who have a busy schedule.

It's a bit expensive but if you're able to manage the price, it's a great purchase for those who want to leave their home completely free to perform other tasks or complete chores. The A4s Pro also offers a convenient auto cleaning mode that increases suction power to deal with difficult spills and dirt, and includes batteries that power the ElectroWall that lets you place boundaries where the robot is not allowed to access.

This budget-friendly model from a well-known brand is the most affordable robot we've tested yet and offers an outstanding value for money. Its navigation system is basic and uses a super-basic random pathing algorithm, but it doesn't have room mapping capabilities, making it less efficient than the other models on this list. However it's still able to navigate under furniture and into corners and its mopping feature was very effective during our tests it picked up pet hair and other debris effortlessly.

5. Shark iQ

Shark's iQ might not be as sturdy however, it's better at cleaning pet hair from all surfaces. It clears bare floors more thoroughly and does a good job on carpets with low pile and also uses smart-pathing navigational technology for superior maneuverability. It also allows you to send it to a specific room, and its advanced set of automation features include no-go zones and scheduling. It even lets you to pause and resume the cleaning process which is ideal for homes with pets.

Its self cleaning brushroll prevents tangles and can hold up to 30 day's worth of dirt. It comes with of side brushes that are angled to reach into corners, as well as a multi-stage filter system to capture dust, allergens and dander.
